Be a Mensch!

I came across a news article earlier about Louise Mensch, the former MP for Corby giving grief to a young lass on Twitter about a hashtag.  Apparently she is going to town over how this young lass did not start a particular hashtag.  This young lass, by her own account, has never claimed to have started it, though.  She did take it viral.  For some weird reason, Mensch seems to have gone out on a crusade to harass and harangue this young girl over the matter.  Why does it even matter, though?  Who really cares who started it?  I said as much in my tweet on the matter.  I think that Mensch might be trying to beat Katie Hopkins as überbitch of the Internet.  If she really wants to do that, then she is going to have to go a long way to beat Hopkins.  And is beating up a young girl really the way to do it?  I think not.  But really, why try to beat Hopkins at all?  Mensch's last name is German for "human being".  Why not try to be a decent human being?  To everyone.  A revolutionary thought, I know, but there it is.
